We constantly subject the quality of our services to third-party scrutiny. This also involves taking part in external and inter-organisational quality assurance systems. This participation is voluntary on our part, using the AQS1 quality assurance system for outpatient surgeries by medicaltex GmbH.
We operate an active quality management system and are constantly striving to optimise our processes and procedures. We achieve this by, among other things, following the principles of patient focus, staff development and preventative error avoidance.
